Join the Chapel Oaks Community Association (COCA)
The heart of our community association is powered by members like you! By joining COCA, you can step up your involvement and make a real impact. Your membership dues and participating in committees allows you to have a direct say in our community projects. Your contributions help us fund scholarships for local students, organize fun and meaningful neighborhood events and more.
COCA membership is open to everyone 18 and older who lives within the Chapel Oaks boundaries. For our younger neighbors aged 13-17, they can join as part of a Household Membership. It’s a great way for families to get involved together.
We also invite local businesses, whether you're a small startup or a larger corporation, to join our community. Churches, non-profits, and other organizations in and around Chapel Oaks are welcome too. Your partnership means a lot and helps us work towards common goals to benefit everyone in Chapel Oaks.

Our memberships include:
- Individual members are entitled to ONE vote in COCA elections, while Household members earn one vote for each registered member aged 14 years or older;
- The opportunity to actively engage and make a difference in any COCA organization committee of their choice. (see committees)
- Members also get discounts to events and trainings;

Note: Members who live outside of our boundaries are not eligible to vote.
